Preparation:
3g (0.11oz) of leaves per serving
200ml of water at 98-100°C (205-212°F)
One brew: 2-3min
Cold brew: 10g of leaves for 1L of cold water. Brew for 8-12 hours in the fridge at 5°C. Filter the infusion in another bottle and keep it in the fridge.
