Shipping Policy

We deliver to most countries by EMS international.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, depending on stock availability and a notification email will be sent when the products are shipped (with tracking number when available)

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges can be accepted only for products that are defective. Returns and exchanges are limited to 7 days after reception of the products. 

Please check the products as soon as you receive them. 
We cannot accept returns and exchanges for products that are already used.

万が一不良品や品違いであった場合は、商品到着後7日以内に弊社にご連絡の上、送料着払いにてご返品後、良品と交換もしくは返金いたします。
